JORGE ARAB MASSUH
Jorge Arab Massuh is an associate of CRUZ Abogados since 2018. Director of the litigation area of our firm. His practice focuses in the area of litigation and alternative resolution of conflicts, including civil, commercial, antitrust, labor and arbitration procedures.
Mr. Arab has experience in the private and public sector, because he worked in law firms (in Chile and abroad) and also in the Ministry of Finance, advising clients on regulatory, financial and capital markets matters and also in litigation and arbitration cases. His most notable contributions were made on the Transbank case commission, being able to participate in the International Monetary Fund in order to analyze financial and regulation matters as a representative of the Ministry of Finance.
He was a teaching assistant in this university`s Department of Public Law and Center for Law and Ethics Studies and member of the Debate Team of Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He has also collaborated on research at the Universidad de Los Andes. Mr. Arab has published academic papers in Chile and abroad.
